1. The referral offer is available to former individual clients of Mirror Translation.

2. The referred person must be a new client who has not previously placed an order with Mirror Translation.

3. The referred client must provide the referrer’s full name when first contacting Mirror Translation. Referrals cannot normally be added retrospectively after an order has been confirmed.

4. The referred client will receive 10% off their first eligible translation order, up to a maximum discount of £25.

5. The first order must have a minimum payable value of £50 after the referral discount has been applied.

6. The discount applies only to the referred client’s first order and cannot be used alongside another promotional offer.

7. The referrer will receive one £10 digital gift card after the referred client’s first project has been completed and paid for in full.

8. A referrer may receive rewards for more than one genuine new-client referral. Only one reward may be claimed for each referred client.

9. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals and referrals between members of the same order or transaction are not eligible.

10. If more than one person claims the same referral, the reward will normally be issued to the person named by the new client when they first contacted Mirror Translation.

11. No reward will be issued for an order that is cancelled, refunded, unpaid or otherwise not completed.

12. The digital gift card cannot be exchanged directly with Mirror Translation for cash or transferred against an outstanding invoice.

13. Mirror Translation may amend, suspend or withdraw the referral offer. Any qualifying referral already accepted before a change or withdrawal will be honoured under the terms applying at that time.

14. Mirror Translation reserves the right to decline a referral or withhold a reward where it reasonably believes that the offer has been misused, applied fraudulently or used contrary to these terms.
